These flat rates include commensurate luggage and up to 3 passengers. Tolls are in addition to the airport or Chicao flat rate.
If you have more than 3 passengers up to a total of 5, you'll need a bigger vehicle like a minivan (seats 5 or 6 depending on luggage) or a Lincoln Town Car/ Grand Marquis (Seats 4 depending on luggage). Minivan & Lincoln Town Car requests cost an extra $5.
Please note that due to the increase in the airport tax charged by the City of Chicago, a $2 tax is charged on all pickups at O'Hare airport and Midway airport.
Due to the high price of gasoline, a $1 or $2 fuel surcharge is in effect on all flat rate trips while the price of gasoline in the Chicago area averages $3.75/gallon or $4.25/gallon. Thank you for understanding.
Please note flat rates are offered between points A and any airport. If you need to make a stop during your trip to the airport, the driver will run the meter from the original location to the 2nd location and offer you the flat rate from the 2nd location to either airport.
Trips to areas in Chicago outside the loop are an additonal $10 more than the loop flat rate.
Flat Rates to Chicago are not applicable on July 4th, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day and between 12AM-5AM.
